Work done in Hurghada during dec2001 & jan2002:
Installing 11 Double M/R ( Manta Ray system installed for solid bottoms) at (Shoab El-Erg, Abo Haschish and El-Disha)
Installing 8 Single M/R at (Gota Abo Ramada, Beyn El-gebal and HEPCA Garden)
Installing 6 Double Pin at (Shoab El-Erg and El-Fnadeer)
Maintening 17 Buoys at (Fnadeer , Gota Abo Rmada – Carlos , Om Gamar , Al Eroug and Sabina )
Safaga:
Total Installations 60
Work done in Sfaga till Jan 2002 :
Installing 15 new single installations at (El-Smman, Abo Soma , Tobia Hamra , Tobia Arbaa , Panorama and Middle Reef ) .
Maintaining 5 old Buoys at (Panorama, Abo Soma and Tobia Arbaa).
Southern Coast:
Total Installations 37
Far Islands:
Brother Islands; Abu el Kizan;
Zabargad; Rocky Islands
Total Installations 37
There is a plan to install about 260 mooring buoys in the southern areas including the far islands will be carried out soon.
