I set-up this page to just keep track of my weight loss.  And to also inspire others that if I can do it you can to.
Here is a virtual picture of me.  I wouldn't have enough courage to wear a bathsuit like that right now.  Plus with this picture there's no cellulite showing.

I added another picture of the new me of what I should look like when I reach my goal of 150.  Look below.

This is the first week which was mostly water loss.  I'm feeling great and the program is really easy to follow.  I don't feel hungry and I have alot more energy (which I needed considering I have 3 small children).  We had Easter and I had a few pieces of chocolate and had a big Easter Dinner at the parents house.

Still feeling great.  It's that time during the month and I still have lots of energy.

It's school vacation kids home and with all the food and stress, I was still able to lose.  This is great and so easy.  The shakes taste great!  The vanilla makes for alot a different varities of flavors to make.

We've been celebrating my sons birthday it feels like all week.  A kids party with pizza, then family party dinner, cake etc.  But I'm still doing good, so much energy I have gone for a couple of walks.  I love to walk but with the kids I have always made excuses, not enough time, to tired,etc.  Not anymore.

I'm feeling great!!  The added benefits to a healthy diet with proper nutrition going into the body is nice, my hair and skin seem healthier.  I've been going for walks when ever I can not because I have to because I want to. I started with a size 16 VERY tight pair of jeans now I'm wearing jeans I had in the closet I couldn't wear before still a size 16, I can breath and feel comfortable.

I have so much energy that I've started walking everyday getting at least a 30 minute workout in everyday.  The weather has been so nice and we have a great walking area along the river (which has always been there) when your body has 18 less pounds it's amazing how much more you can do.  I can't wait to lose more!!  I'm so proud of myself for finally making a decision to do this for me.

OK, this week I am amazed I lost 1 pound I was so bad this past weekend with Mother's day and the lose of 3 pounds last week.  I ate way to much, my husband keeps saying stop beating yourself up, your doing great.  This is an entry from his point of view"You look great I can't believe how much you've lost in such a short period of time and your energy is so high, keep it up your doing great and I know you will reach your goal." Thanks Hubby, Love you.

Another pound gone...bye, bye.  I don't need it nor want it.  I'm so glad I started this program.  I have actually gotten to the point that I get upset if the weather is bad and I can't go and workout.  I love to go for walks with the kids.  Before I would use them for an excuse "I have the kids I can't workout" not anymore.  My daughter says now "what time are we leaving mom to go for our walk".  LOL    my personal excerise COACH.....gotta love the kids.  Kisses to them.
