The Wheel of Monotony |
Out in the middle of the Tyrannian plateu sits a bored-looking quiggle and a giant, slow-turning wheel. The prehistoric quiggle looks at his sundial watch as the wheel makes it millionth turn. This is taking all day. Might as well grab a good book and a cup of hot dung... Seriously. The WoM takes at least an hour to stop spinning. For most people the average time is from one hour to two hours, but it seems to vary by person. It has been known to take up to five hours to stop spinning. But the prizes can be worth it. The wheel gives out both petpet and regular pet Tyrannian paint brushes. It will also give a much-coveted Mazzew petpet if you are lucky. And for the avatar collectors (as if the Mazzew wasn't enough) you may even get an avatar by landing on the question mark. Or you may just get a rock to the head..... |
The cost to spin the wheel is 100np, and you may only spin once every 24 hours. The wheel is very strict about the 24 hrs, because if you try to spin again before that time has passed you will get a short message saying that you have already spun the wheel once and you have *this* much time before you can try again. And what about that awful tic-tic-tic sound it makes as it's spinning? Click the little white bell in the lower right-hand corner. That'll turn the sound of the game off. :-) Click here to visit the Wheel of Monotony! Oh, by the way- rumour has it that when the camera zooms in to show a closer look at the prizes, you are halfway through the spinning. |
