The Almighty God said in His Great Holly Qur'an: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
Verify never will Allah change the condition of a people until they change it themselves ( with their own souls ). | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
As a tool of change, people have to define certain behavioral ideologies, adhere to it as ethical principles, practice it as a matter of habit and thus it becomes their proper manner. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
Iam hereby detailing those principles which include some ethical concepts as well as some fundamentals of management theory and practice. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
Those principles should be acknowledged as Work Ethics, if we are keen to adhere to it, it would leed us to an atmosphere of work discipline, healthy administraion and sound human relations; all this shall produce high morals and optimum performance. |

This Code of Ethics is an integratedentity, should be taken as a whole. Everyin the domain of work is obliged to follow; and every person in charge of any unit of work should oblige his subordinates to adhere to it. Herein after is a presentation of the - concepts and principles that constitute this code of ethics. |

A- Work Perfomance: | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
God has granted you your work as sustenance, and has assigned you to carry out its duties to His satisfaction; work is also a worship that should be performed in due time and according to its techniques and rules. You have to be good example in proceeding towards the supreme goals. Good practices, when persused are of benefit to work and to community, bad ones may cause disastrous results to both individuals and community. |

- Understand your work in a comprehensive and profound way. - Study your work in a scientific way. Your starting point shall be the last achievements of others; enhance your study by persistent effort and expertise. |
