Rules of HereLaoVoice Discussion and Debate Boards

1/ Respect each other. 2/ Discuss and debate in a fair manner. 3/ Use proper language, words, etc. 4/ No scams, virus, or messing the boards, etc. 5/ Don't use other people name to create the problems and tensions. Person who violates these rules will get warning in the first time. If still keeps doing it in the second time, he or she will get punished.  If still keeps doing it again in the third time, he or she will be voted out by majority of our people, or permanently ban from the Discussion and Debate Boards.
