We are pleased to announce the "new and improved" Hewitt lunchtime program.
Since Hewitt Elementary School does not have a food preparation facility, PTA
works closely with administration to provide special lunchtime days to give the
Hewitt community alternatives to the regular bagged lunch. In order to
facilitate these days, the following procedures will be implemented on a trial
basis for the 2003/2004 school year.
Each month as part of the PTA monthly packet, you will receive a monthly
menu. We request that you use this menu to place your child’s monthly food
order. Attached you will find the menu for upcoming months. We request that you
fill out the form indicating quantity plus corresponding totals.
Orders must be placed & paid in advance by the 15th
of the month
Payment must be made by either cash or check payable to "Hewitt PTA"
No monies will be refunded if your child is not in school that day
We’re very sorry but No Changes can be made once this form has been sent
in
If you have more than one child, please fill out a separate form for
each, although one check amount may be included in the envelope
It is hoped that this monthly menu can better organize our lunchtime programs
by eliminating unnecessary money handling and additional paperwork.
Please note that cookie days and ice cream days are not included in this
menu, and are coordinated separately.
We are delighted that Liz Shelley & Robin Redeker have agreed to coordinate
this new PTA endeavor.
