Passed suddenly away at his late residence, Hants Harbour, on Tuesday, May 4th, Mr. Ernest Tuck, age 51 years. Predeceased by his father, Huntley Tuck (1990). Left to mourn with fond and loving memories wife Audrey; son Bradley; mother Janet Tuck; five brothers: Winston (Myrtle), Hants Harbour, Calvin (Geraldine), Hants Harbour, Clyde (Lucy), New Melbourne, Leonard (Deana), Salmon Cove and Rodney, Hants Harbour; three sisters: Margaret (Calvin) Peddle, New Perlican, Betty (Allen) Billard, Stephenville, Debbie (Doug) Smith, New Perlican; brother-in-law Arnold Pitcher (Eileen), Winterton. Also leaving a large circle of other relatives and friends. Resting at Green`s Funeral Home, Winterton on Thursday 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-5 and 7-10 p.m. Funeral Service to be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, May 7th at the Hants Harbour United Church & Cemetery. Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family, at the Carbonear General Hospital, on Tuesday, April 6th, 1999, in his 76th year. Joshua Tuck of Hants Harbour, WWII Veteran. Predeceased by his two darling sons, Boyd and Wayne. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 53 years, Effie (Price); two sons: Larry (Glenys), Hants Harbour, Rev. Derek Scott Morgan-Tuck, Hickmans Harbour, United Church Pastoral Charge (Rev. Denine Morgan-Tuck), Hearts Content United Church Pastoral Charge; and one daughter, Fronie (Garry) Legge, Carbonear; two dearly loved grandchildren: Krisdina Tuck, St. John`s and Sheldon Tuck, Hants Harbour; one sister Alice Pinhorn, Winterton and brothers: Eric (Louise), John (Minnie), Caleb (Marie), all of Hants Harbour; sisters-in-law: Irene Tuck, Toronto, Sadie Tuck and Janet Tuck, Hants Harbour; also a large circle of relatives and friends. Predeceased by sister Susie King, St. John`s and brothers: Frank, Toronto, Lloyd and Huntley, Hants Harbour. Resting at Green`s Funeral Home, Winterton. Visitation hours 2-5 and 7-10 p.m. daily. Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at St. Clare`s Mercy Hospital on July 3, 2002, Edna Tuck, formerly of Hant`s Harbour, Trinity Bay, aged 87 years. Predeceased by husband Allan in December 1970; parents Samuel and Clara Maidment and sister Sarah. Left with fond and loving memories, three daughters: Lorene, Dorothy (Basil Tracey) and Sylvia; four sons: Lorne (Sandra), Ray (Jean), Keith, David (Denise); grandchildren: Craig (Michelle), Brian (Elaine), Peter (Tammy), Chad (Abby), Tina (Jamie Baker), Michael, Jonathan, Jeremy, Erika and Samantha; three precious great-grandchildren: Ryan, Noah and Gina; four sisters: Phyllis Andrews, Winterton, Susie Green, Heart`s Desire, Laura Bradbury (Jack), Scarborough, Ontario and Joyce Hill of St. John`s.
