New Segment: The Dis-gruntled Gruntler

(Why annoy your work colleagues and neighbours with your troubles, tell us and well annoy EVERYBODY with them)

This week's disgruntled gruntler is Jan, who writes:

A few years ago I was a happy secretary in a reputable firm. I was married and had two beautiful children and a loving husband. I worked hard and was well respected, particularly for my organisational and management skills. Then one day it all changed!

Now I have been fired from my work. My husband has left me. All my friends try to avoid me when they see me coming down the street. I don't even have the children anymore. The courts awarded custody to my husband because they said I was too disorganised to raise children. No one wants to know me.

Why is no one happy with me?

Jan.

My advice to you Jan is to start a vigilante group … and raid as many current copies of a certain yellow book from as many houses as you can, and throw them at your husband. It's got to be his fault, it's always the husbands fault. Whatever you do, don't blame the sacred television.

That's my advice this week for our disgruntled gruntler.

If you are a disgruntled gruntler then write in to box14@tpg.com.au and we will ungruntle you disgruntlednessness for you.
