It's spring here.

Winter is wet and rainy here in Portland. We are so glad it's finally over. Now the flowers are everywhere and trees start to grow new leaves. I took some pictures while I was on my way home from my office in OHSU. I hope you like them.

When I step outside the research center, I can see the trees start to grow new leaves. They are all redish, kinda cute isn't it?

All the trees start to grow reddish new leaves at once. When the leaves fall, they fall at once as well.

Not all new leaves are reddish. When I step down the hill, these trees grow curly new leaves.

These trees are everywhere near our apartment. They all bloom at once.

This picture was taken right outside our apartment. Those pink flowers really stink, for some reasons the bees really love them.

This tree is close to our parking lot. We can see these pretty flowers from our kitchen. Aren't they pretty?
