Adrahil (fl. TA 30th Cent.): Dúnadan of Gondor. Father of Finduilas, very likely the father or grandfather of Imrahil. He was the Prince of Dol Amroth.

Aldamir (? - TA 1540): Dúnadan, 23rd King of Gondor (TA 1490 - 1540). Died violently. His name meaned in Quendi 'tree-jewel'.

Anardil (? - TA 411): Dúnadan, 6th King of Gondor (TA 324 - 411). His name meaned in Quendi 'sun-lover'.

Anárion (? - SA 3440): .

Anborn (fl. WR): Dúnadan of Gondor. Ranger of Ithilien.

Angbor (fl. WR): Man of Gondor, probably Dúnadan. During the WR the Lord of Lamedon. He led the defence of Linhir against the Corsairs. After that battle, commanded the army that marched to Minas Tirith.

Aragorn II (TA 2931 - FO 120): .

Arciryas (fl. TA 19th Cent.): Dúnadan. The younger brother of Narmacil II. An ancestor of Eärnil II.

Artamir (? - TA 1944): Dúnadan. Son of King Ondoher. Killed during a battle with the Wainriders.

Atanatar I (? - TA 748): Dúnadan. 10th King of Gondor (TA 667-748). His name meaned in Quendi 'man-father'.

Atanatar II (? - TA 1226): . Dúnadan. 16th King of Gondor (TA 1149-1226). During his reign, the Kingdom reached the heights of its might and splendour. He, however, loved luxury and did not do anything to maintain Gondor's power. Thus, the watch on Mordor was neglected, but the royal crown was replaced by a jewelled crown of precious metals. Also known as Alcarin, the Glorious, due to the might and luxury of his realm.

Baranor (fl. WR]: Meaning 'tower-sun' in Sindarin. He was the father of Beregond and came from Lossarnach.

Belecthor I (? - TA 2655]: Meaning 'great-eagle' in Sindarin. Dúnadan. 15th Ruling Steward of Gondor [TA 2628 - 2655].

Belecthor II (? - TA 2872]: Dúnadan. 21st Ruling Steward of Gondor [TA 2811 - 2872]. When he died the White Tree perished and no sapling could be found as replacement.

Belegorn (? - TA 2204]: Meaning 'great-tree' in Sindarin. Dúnadan. 4th Ruling Steward of Gondor [TA 2148 - 2204].

Beregond (? - TA 2811]: Dúnadan. 20th Ruling Steward of Gondor. [TA 2763 - 2811]. One of the greatest captains in Gondor's history.

Beren (? - TA 1540]: 3de!

Bergil (TA 3008 or 3009 - ?]: The son of Beregond. Remained in Minas Tirith during the Siege of Gondor.

Calimehtar (fl. TA 14th Cent.): Dúnadan. The younger brother of Romendacil II and the grandfather of Castamir.

Calimehtar (? - TA 1936]: Dúnadan. 13th King of Gondor. [TA 1856 - 1936]. Won a great victory over the Wainriders in 1899.

Calimmacil (fl. TA 19th - 20th Cent.): Dúnadan of the royal house of Gondor. The nephew of Narmacil II and the grandfather of Eärnil II.

Calmacil (? - TA 1304]: Dúnadan. 18th King of Gondor. [TA 1294 - 1304]. During his reign Gondor was governed by his son Minalcar.

Castamir (SA - 3440):

Cemendur (? - TA 238): Meaning 'earth-lord' in Quenya. Dúnadan. 4th King of Gondor [TA 158 - 238].

Ciryaher: Meaning 'ship-lord' in Quenya. See Hyarmendacil I.

Damrod (fl. WR): Dúnadan. Ranger of Ithilien.

Denethor I (? - TA 2477): Dúnadan. 10th Ruling Steward of Gondor. By the end of his reign, Uruk-hai from Mordor overrun Ithilien. Denethor's son Boromir defeated them.

Denethor II (? - TA 1540): .

Derufin (? - TA 3019): Brother of Duilin, son of Duinhir. He and his brother were killed by Oliphaunts during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

Dervorin (fl. WR): Son of the Lord of Ringló Vale. He was at the head of his father's troops who helped defend Minas Tirith in the WR. He fought in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

Dior (? - TA 2435): Dúnadan. 9th Ruling Steward of Gondor [TA 2412 - 2435].

Duilin (? - TA 3019): Probably meaning 'river-song'in Sindarin. Brother of Derufin , son of Duinhir. Killed, liked his brother, by Oliphaunts during the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

Duinhir (fl. WR): Meaning 'river-lord' in Sindarin. During the WR the Lord of Morthond. Fought in the Battle of the Pelennor Fields in which he lost both his sons, Derufin and Duilin.

Eärendil (? - TA 324): Dúnadan. 5th King of Gondor (TA 238 - 324).

Eärnil I (? - TA 936): Meaning 'sea-lover' in Quenya. Dúnadan. 13th King of Gondor (TA 913 - 936) and 2nd Ship-king. Rebuilt Gondor's chief port Pelargir. He built a great navy and took Umbar from the Black Númenóreans. After this his fleet was caught in a great storm off Umbar in which he was killed .

Ecthelion I (? - TA 2698): Dúnadan. 17th Ruling Steward of Gondor (TA 2685 - 2698).

Ecthelion II (? - TA 2984): Dúnadan. 25th Ruling Steward of Gondor (TA 2953 - 2984). A large part of the fleet of Umbar was destroyed under his lead in 2980. Aragorn II served Gondor during his reign, under the name Thorongil.

Egalmoth (? - TA 2743): Dúnadan. 18th Ruling Steward of Gondor (TA 2698 - 2743).

Elessar): Meaning 'elf-stone'in Quenya. Aragorn II took the throne of the Reunited Kingdom under this name. The name was foretold to him by Galadriel. It was given to him by the people of Gondor, at the time of the WR, because he wore a great emerald brooch, which was given to him by Arwen as a gift.

Eradan (? - TA 2116): Dúnadan. 2nd Ruling Steward of Gondor (TA 2080 - 2116).

Estel: Meaning 'hope' in Sindarin. Aragorn II was known by this name in his youth, thus keeping Sauron from discovering he was the heir of Isildur.
