DT Scarlatti was purchased from Abbie in the early fall of 2007. He stood out as being a foal of DJN African Desert's. Already owning a few horses out of her, I knew that her foals had beauty and talent, leading me to look closer at Scarlatti. He is a striking horse, and he seems to know it. He is always showing off himself, no matter what he is doing. He is fun to watch in the showring, because he just commands your attention from the get go with his flair. He has the attitude to go with it, which combines with his curiosity and playfulness making him somewhat of a handful. Scarlatti has beautiful gaits which are comfortable to ride, but he is only for an advanced rider.

DT Scarlatti was already established in his reining career when we bought him, and he has continued to impress us since he came. Everyone here enjoys being in his presence and is eager to see what he will be able to do throughout his career.
