Real Estate Fraud are a remarkably great cross between Bikini Kill
and Crass, the punk shit. The female vox spilling shit about
society is the tops! The drummer in this band happens to be
amazing. This is superior political punk with a viscid bite. Four
songs including, "The Customer is Always Wrong" and "Belief
doesn't = Relief", oh, and some good artwork too.

This is one of this issues highlights. Damn unipue sound mixing up
pop punk with real tight hardcore. An awesome combination to
make your lousy punk feet go dance. Hell, I keep on listening to
this peace of real cool music. 7" comes along with a DIY booklet
which is cute and very personal. Too cool to be from this earth.
A must buy! Can't wait to hold a full length in my hands!

It always amazes me that band this great can exist and not be
better known. Yet another fantastic batch of songs from these
Minneapolis godsends hit vinyl. For those not in the know, Real
Estate Fraud plays simple, no-frills punk with fierce female vocals
that change your life. The lyrics are sarcastic as hell, and this
record had me dancing all over my apartment like a fucking idiot.

This Minneapolis band just keeps getting better. Four more
minimalist punk songs with a sound that makes me think this band
belongs on Kill Rock Stats (there's a definite nod to Bratmobile
and Bikini Kill, but they also remind me of Yum Yum Tree); maybe
it's just the great mouth on singer Kat Vapid. The more I play
this, the more unstoppable Real Estate Fraud seem. (Spank #28)
