History- Hiei was born as the Koorime Forbidden child, and was cast off Glacier Island when he was just a child. He was raised by a band of theives until he learned that his sister, Yukina, was on Glacier Island still. He left the band of theives and went to Glacier Island to find his sister had left only prior to his arrival. He went to a Makai Surgeon and, after a very painful experiance, received a Jagan, or evil eye. The went to the Ningenkai to search for Yukina, where he met Kurama, a youko that had been reborn as a human.Together, they stole the three treasures of the Rekai, only to have them stolen back by Yusuke Urameshi. During Hiei and Kurama's parole, they were sent to fight with Yusuke to defeat the Four Saint Beasts, and he has been part of the Rekai Tantei ever since.
