This poem contains the title of various Dave Matthews Band songs. I saw another poem done like this and thought that I would try it and see how it worked out. I couldn't fit all of the songs into it, there are around eighty-three different songs that I know of and it was impossible. So I am going to a series of poems that are totally unrelated except for that Dave and company writes them. I really hope that you enjoy it.

Grey Street

The Best of What's Around, never came to me

Just Busted Stuff, shrouded in mystery.

I never had that Sweet Up and Down,

The sorrows of Grey Street,  always pulling me down.

In One Sweet World, I think i'm going Crazy

A Fool to Think, that Everyday, my mind was any less hazy.

The Spotlight on me was Too Much to bear,

The Maker screwed me over, its The Last Stop, So Right yet so unfair.

As I Drive in, Drive out, I know I Let You Down,

The marionet strings that Hold Me Up, fall and choke me, as I slowly drown.

I can't Help Myself, and the Deed is Done,

I Say Goodbye as we Lie In Our Graves, and stop the run.

What Would You Say, when you’re knelt beside The Stone?

The Rhyme and Reason, for this tragedy, totally unknown.

I wanted to Stay, but my ship had sunk and I'd run out of line,

You Pay for What You Get, and I never got mine.
