~HOME INVESTIGATION~
INTRODUCTION:
We met with the home owner Jen Baker and her live-in boyfriend Hank at 8:00pm the night of the investigation.  They were kind enough to give us a tour of the home and provided us with details of the history and prior paranormal activity.  Durring the tour we found that three deaths occured in the home.  On the main floor the first to pass was her sick grandfather (1992) in bedroom 1 where he needed constant care.  Following this her grandmother passed away (2000) due to natural causes in bedroom 2 (this is when Jen took over the house).
Upstairs on the second floor bedroom a few years later (2005), Jen's boyfriend (at the time) had passed away in his sleep lying right next to her.

HISTORY OF ACTIVITY:
There was an unknown cause of fire (2003) that occured in the kitchen on the main floor which required some remodeling.
They found that no matter which TV they used, (moving different TV's to new locations) they would get interferance on occation.  Static or scrambling would appear, the power would turn on and off, and the volume would turn up and down without anyone near the TV or the remote.
They had to remove the batteries from their smoke detectors due to them going off without any good reason.
They stated that sometimes the stairway going to the second floor would feel like "a wind tunnel", very cold with an uneasy feeling.
While sitting in the upstairs bedroom, Jen would ofter hear people talking on the other side of the door (she had trouble sleeping sometimes).  As if someone is having a conversation but she could never make out what they were saying.  Similar to mumbling but making it clear that there was more than one voice.
They had problems with their alarm clocks as well, turning on and off with no explnation for cause.  Once, the date on one of the clocks (which had never been entered by either of them before) was set to the death date of the passed boyfriend.

FINDINGS:
Odors- A rose fragrance appeared in the hallway on the main floor near             bedroom 1 & 2 close to completing investigation.  It was around this time          that a  possible light anomaly was captured on video.

UPDATE: After further reviewing evidence, the light anomaly is actually a reflection of light on the wall caused by a silver ink pen one of the members is holding onto while walking (try to minimize reflective items).
