Meeting Agenda approved.
Meeting Minutes from September 21, 2005 reviewed and approved.
Harlene Ottolini resigned from the Architectural Committee (members are: Sam Smith and Tony Deutsch).
Board of Director positions were voted as follows: Suzanne nominated Rick for President, Larry seconded. Larry nominated Suzanne for Vice President and Cindi seconded. Larry and Cindi agreed that Larry would be the Secretary/Treasurer and Cindi would be a member At Large.
Review was complete of the 2006 Budget, 2005 Fourth Quarter Financials and the January 2006 Delinquency List. During the budget review, Cindi raised a few questions regarding what is covered in the Management Contract and the reason for additional Administrative Expenses. Leigh to provide a copy of the contract to each member for review of what is covered and be available to answer any questions.
A group discussion was held regarding the use of The Hood newsletter. The Hood is a vital communication method to the community and should be utilized as one. Leigh to provide The Hood and the BOD with the following: BOD contact information, Management Company/Property Manager contact information, 2006 BOD meeting schedule, Volunteer form and the ARC application.
It was decided that the BOD would put together some vital information in flyer format and perform door-to-door visits to each home with in the community. During these visits, they will provide the homeowners with this information, explain processes, listen to suggestions/concerns and attempt to gain continued community participation in joining the BOD, other Committees and community events.
Old Business: The shed at Hampstead is still a concern. Leigh will take pictures and revisit this issue with the county.
New Business: Review and acceptance of resignations (Rick Brier – ARC) and (Mark Holland – BOD).
