Highnoonhunter Armguards
The above armguards I call my "Shorty" model. Only about 4-1/4 inches long down the center they're lightweight and compact, and designed to protect you from those wrist-slapper bows. They also fit most kids.
The armguards above are my medium size armguards. They measure around 6 inches long down the center. Lightweight, and easily adjustable. All my new armguards are sewn with 70# test artificial sinew or 3-ply poly thread on a saddle stitch pattern.
For several years people who had bought my quivers had urged me to make armguards. I never really had much heart into it. But each year I went hunting I found more and more that I spent a lot of time being bugged by my armguard. If I wore my warm clothes in the morning I found that when it warmed during the day I had to mess with buckles, velcro, try to unloosen knots with my teeth, etc.! Just to re-adjust my armguard. Then, that evening, when the temperatures dropped again, it would be the same thing all over again.

So when I went about to design my armguards, I not only wanted something unique, like my quivers, but my #1 priority was to make an armguard that I could quickly and easily adjust! I think I've accomplished that with an excellent armguard. With just a push of the button on the barrel lock, and a pull of the mini bungee cord, you can adjust this armguard in seconds!
Pictured above are some of my Large Armguards. It's a full 8 inches down the center, and for comfort while wearing, I suggest a length of 9 inches between the bend of the wrist, and the elbow. I couldn't accomplish a one button setup like the shorty and medium armguards have, but the elastic cord is one single cord, so you still have the quick adjustability of my other guards, only with two buttons, instead of one. A great armguard for someone needing full forearm protection!
