Vanessa's next album is titled Harmonium and it is set to be released in June 2004. The first single, White Houses, should be coming out with in the next month or month and a half. White Houses has Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac playing acoustic guitar on it.
I know it's been a very long time since I wrote here. Things are starting to pick up again for Vanessa ... there will be a new album soon. Updates will be made as soon as I hear more about it.

I saw Vanessa tonight at Nita's in Tempe, AZ. She was even more perfect live. The first two songs she played were songs I didn't even know. One or two others that aren't on her CD were played throughout the show. Of corse she played A Thousand Miles, which she said was a pretty hard song to write because for a long time the only one who appreciated it was her dog. She also played Ordinary Day, which she commented took her all of a half an hour to write. The crowd went wild when she performed her beautiful version of Paint it Black. Before she began Pretty Baby, Vanessa talked about her video that has just started to get aired on MTV and VH1. What made the entire concert complete for me was that she didn't forget to play my two favorite songs off her CD, Sway and she finished off with Twilight.
