High Speed Collision
	The intro page probably covered it pretty well, but yes, High Speed Collision is the name I, Brian Young, have chosen for my solo musical work.  Stereotypical three word name?  Probably, and I don't think anyone's going to find my music to be high speed.  Everything I write tends to be a blend of pretty diverse interests, or at least that's what I like to think - anything from classic rock to punk to blues to power pop to folk to classical.      Actually, when I first started playing guitar in the spring of 2002, I started off by taking a couple months of classical guitar lessons.  I was impatient to get started playing rock, so I quit, but I've really learned to appreciate the value of the classical approach, particularly when it comes to fingerpicking.      With that said, my first and last musical love will probably always be rock, in its many forms.  My only goal is to make somewhat original and somewhat interesting music that MIGHT actually make someone stop and say "hey, that was cool".  That may still be too ambitious for someone who's as lacking in talent and experience as I am, but I think it's worth a shot.  Wish me luck, and give the stuff I post up here a listen.  Thanks, and I'll see ya around.
