It all started when I was about 5 and as my first pet got a standard chinchilla. That's when I fell in love with bunnies. I Got started in raising hollands 1993. I was showing in youth and only going to shows here and there. In late 1996 i was forced to stop because the area that were in caught us! uh oh! so they were all moved inside and grew to a ripe old age. All the bunnies here get toys and tons of treats. Our favorite is popcorn balls! They also take turns playing outside of their cages. We have a horses, 2 dogs, 2 ferrets(my babys)1 hamster,koi and huge goldfish,one of them is 21 years old! I also hand raise cockatiels. On my "more about me" page there's alot more about myself. So far what i'm really working on is bringing everyone into a line based on my old buck Wizard. I have started getting a bit bored so I have added a good amount of color to my herd.
My breeding style: 2 does, 1 Buck,1 cage for as long as it takes.
My feeding/watering style: Water bottles, high fiber pellets, hay. I do give treats but not regularly. I want my rabbits to have condition on there own. If I fed treats all the time I wouldn't know who to cull on condition.
My culling style: I am culling hard right now on long bodies. What I cull on depends on how my herd is changing at the time. I would be culling on crown right now but I need to add a good one first!
My colors: I am getting out of all black. I just don't like them much. Right now we have sable point, tort, jap and magpie harleys, blue, blue tort and orange.
