Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio-kickboxing is a low-impact, aerobic workout lead by Hillcrest instructors.
Kickboxing motions are used in class, but this is a non-contact activity (unlike Jujitsu).

Tai Chi (New!)

Yoga (New!)
Hatha Yoga with an emphasis on stretching for relaxation and meditation. 8 week series will begin the first week of January/March/May/July/September/November. Cost of 8 class once a week series is $96.

Call (216-291-5040) or email (hillcrestama (at) yahoo.com) Hillcrest about facility rental for classes or events. The main floor has padded floors that are used in Jujitsu classes, and there is also a finished basement with carpeted floors.
