Random Ecchi Adventures Quote:

Misutenaide Daisy: the cutest anime you've (probably) never seen
Yeah, I saw it coming. You all go, "Huh?" When I mention the title "Don't Leave Me Alone Daisy." This anime is darned obscure, but it's one of my all-time favorites. The plot is rather simple. It's about a boy named Techno Reijiro who falls in love with a girl named Hitomi. Unfortunately, he's a potentially destructive genius who has spent his entire life locked in a bomb shelter... so he has no idea how to treat human beings! He starts by gaining from his teacher (who makes Mihoshi and Gourry seem like Einstein and Steven Hawking) a deed of ownership of the girl of his dreams and writing his name on her blouse ("When you catch an animal to keep as a pet, you give it a name. So I'll call you Daisy."). This behavior, to me, is twisted, but strangely cute. However, Hitomi just finds it repulsive, and everything Techno does in effort to win her heart seems to steer her further away from him. What's poor Techno to do? Can he ever make Hitomi stay by his side (without being tied up, that is)? As the story progresses, Hitomi has to decide whether to fight or embrace her gradually developing interest in Techno.
Well, you'll get no spoilers from me! Supporting characters are X, the adorable and pathetic rebel wannabe (all he wants is a friend!), Anne, who is much more than she first appears to be, Rarako, Techno and Hitomi's idiotic and eccentric teacher, Techno's grandfather, and finally, Techno's two pet missiles, Mimi and Bear (you heard me, missiles!)
This show has a little something for everyone. It's a great romantic comedy that's just twisted enough to satisfy anyone with a taste for the unusual. Plus, Hitomi gets tied up every once in a while (boy, I'm jealous...)! The show is, for the most part, absolutely hilarious, but there are just enough emotional scenes there too. Too bad there are only twelve episodes.
This anime has gotten some really bad reviews. I can hardly believe that this show could be disliked by anyone. I've discovered that most people either really like it or really hate it. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND "Don't Leave Me Alone, Daisy!"
Anyway, I've searched the Web for any pictures and info I could find in order to put them here. Check them out!
