What is Ante-Nicene Christian Literature? It is the writings of those people who lived prior to the council of Nicea (325ad) and Constantine's attempt to blend Church and State into one entity. Many of the people's writings you will be reading knew the apostles FIRST HAND!!! Some SECOND HAND!!! Some THIRD HAND!!!
Note: I use the terms Early Church/Early Christians interchangeably with Ante-Nicene Church/Ante-Nicene Christians!!!
This site is just starting so it is a little barren at present, but give me time and I will get as much Ante-Nicene literature up. In doing this I hope that it will help you discover what REAL CHRISTIANS believe!!!
In the future I plan to add the writings of some other groups throughout history who believed very similarly to the Ante-Nicene Christians. These groups include:
Post-Nicene Writers - few not all (ie. Athanasius, John Chrysostom etc.)

Nestorians (Holy Catholic and Apostolic Syrian Church of the East - more accurate)

Charles Finney
Watchman Nee
I feel all the above men/groups are wonderful brothers of the past, who unfortunately are seldom heard of today, if not totally forgotten. Most were heavily persecuted and/or branded heretics!!! However, they perservered, and I can only hope that I live up to their standard - which is Christ!
