Is the paper used on the personalized wrappers of good quality? ... His Hands Design is proud to offer you low prices, however, our wrappers are printed using better-quality printers and excellent glossy paper. We delight in providing the best for our customers.
What does "wrappers only" mean? ... Because of warm climate here in Florida, HHD is unable to provide chocolate bars if sending via mail. (We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience). With the exception of Broward County customers, we will mail your personalized wrappers already folded and glued so that all you do is slide them over your store-bought candy bars. Brwd Co residents can either pick up or have order delivered when requesting candy bars in order.
Do you have a Return Policy? ... As soon as your wrapper is designed, it is then sent via e-mail, or snail-mail, for your approval. It is then necessary to provide payment for order to be fulfilled. Because your printed order is custom-made and pre-approved, they cannot be returned unless the final product contains a grammatical error or words were ommited AND final product differs from the previously approved item.
