There are a few items that just don't fit handily into any category, so here they are!
SSP made this Schoolhouse Case.  Inside it had a mini black board and 2 cardboard desks.
This case was made by Standard Plastic Products in 1962, for the 8" version of the Betsy McCall doll.
This case for Mattel's Liddle Kiddles is tiny, measuring 8 x 5 inches. 1965.
This rare plastic lunch box from Canada features a decal which is identical to the Barbie and Francie vinyl lunchbox available in the U.S.
It's not vinyl, but it is by SPP! This is the rarest of the hard plastic trunks.  Features Barbie, Midge, Ken, Alan, Skipper and Skooter. 1965.
The manufacturer of this great knitting canister is unknown.  It also came in black or cream vinyl.  1962.
Mattel licensed Twinco Products to make Wipe Away vinyl coloring sheets.  These sheets could be colored and then wiped clean to color again.   This is Barbie & Ken Sport Time. 1964.
Barbie Fashion Show features both Barbie and Midge modelling Mattel ensembles. 1964.
