This is a photograph of the former premises of the Rosemount shirt factory.
 
This building at Park Avenue was the former Rosemount shirt factory opperated by a company known as 'Kollerton Ltd.'. It was designed by an architect by the name of M A Robinson and was built in 1904 by H. Laverty & Son from Belfast. It is now in commercial use.
