Thrusters:are used for small movement such as docking(which is connecting to a port by which persons can pass through to move to another ship or station.) When no other propulsion(movement) drives are working, then thrusters are usually used.
Impulse Drive:is faster than thrusters, but still moderately slow. It is mainly used for short trips or intergalaxy travel.
Warp Drive:run on antimatter. They are used more often. They cannot be used in places where subspace has been ripped apart. It's sort of like it travels on train tracks. If there are no tracks(subspace) then it can't move.
Transporters:basically take people or things and turn them into a stream of energy that contains data. They are then reconstituted into humanoid form.
Sheilds:are like a round nearly invisible wall that surrounds a ship. It can only take so much of a beating. It's made of energy that is discharged by the deflector array(basically a satellite that can create tractor beams, shields, and many other kinds of beams. Basically anything having to do with energy of some kind.)
Tractor Beam:is basically a vacuum made of energy that pulls things towards the ship. It can also be used to push things away from the ship.
Phasers:are a type of weapon made of energy, most likely a type of laser. They sustain a stream of energy that damages other ships. Hand held phasers can stun(temporarily knock out) other humanoids or can kill them(vaporize them.)
Photon Torpedos:are more damaging than phasers. They are like bombs or missles. They are shot from the ship and explode upon impact or can be made to explode after a certain amount of time.
Replicators:can produce anything. They are like small transporters. They have the data of foods, clothes, or other things in them and can make them using the energy they contain. If the data for something isn't already in them, then you can program it in yourself. They cannot make anything majorly complex, such as electronic devices. Only simple things.
Dermal Regenerator:are used to heal little wounds. They basically make broken bones or scratches heal really fast and without scars. They can also make scars go away.
Holograms and Holodecks:are a form of entertainment. Holograms are people or things made of energy. They can be programed like a computer to act or react a certain way. When a person touches one, they are in fact touching a force field, a small shield. Holodecks project holograms. Holograms can hurt people if the safety is turned off. Holograms can't leave a Holodeck or go anywhere where there isn't a hologrid.
Raktajino:Klingon coffee, much stronger than coffee.
Gahk:(excuse my spelling) live worms eaten by Klingons.
Synthehol:a type of non-alcoholic beverage that mostly Starfleet officers drink. It's meant to imitate alcoholic drinks.
Blood Wine:a Klingon very strong alcoholic drink.
