Complex Dilogarithm Function

For Dilog(x) with x.i == 0, use the real Dilog(x.r) function.

See: Real Dilogarithm Function

Else if (x.r >= 2 and x.r >= |x.i|) or (x.r > 1 and x.r >= |2*x.i|)

Dilog(x) = Pi^2 / 6 − Polylog(2, 1−x) − Ln(x)*Ln(1−x).

Else Dilog(x) = Polylog(2, x).
