ECRecruit (Excellent Career & Recruitment) is specialized in the career and recruitment solution to permanent and temporary placements in Sales & Marketing, Merchandising, IT, Engineering, Banking and Finance, Design, Japanese posts, etc.  At the beginning, we are a recruitment company offering job placements for personnel in manufacturing/trading-based and IT firms. Right from the initial stage, the company had a firm vision of its mission -- to provide excellent, ethical, efficient and effective recruitment through friendly and professional  service.

Being an innovative group in providing recruitment solutions, we have built up an excellent career and recruitment network with both clients and candidates, demonstrated by a track record of repeated business and customer satisfaction. Fee Schedule

Fee Schedule (Permanent Placement)

*Fees are based on the percentage of the first year's remuneration package including al guaranteed commission and bonus of the successful applicant except the salary range below HK$15,000 per month

** Guarantee period means our commitment to the recruitment solution provided. If a candidate referred by ECRecruit leaves the placement by your termination or his/her resignation within the relevant guarantee period, ECRecruit will provide one free replacement for the same position. All requests for replacement must be made in writing within 7 calendar days of the original candidate's termination or resignation. Replacement guarantee only applies when fees have been settled within 30 days from the candidate's commencement date. If a successful replacement is paid at a different salary, the calculation of the service fee will be based on the salary payable or paid to the candidates. If replacement is not required by the Client or is unsuccessful within one month, ECRecruit will refund 50% of the fee charged.

Fee Schedule (Temporary / Contract Placement)

A rate of 20% monthly salary until the temporary/contract assignment finished,
e.g. your company needs to appoint Temp. Secretary (6 months) with a salary of HK$10,000 per month. Your company should pay HK$2,000 per month until the temporary/contract assignment finished.

Payment
Payment should be settled within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. Late payment charge will be incurred on invoices paid after due dates calculated at 2% per month on due amount from due date until payment has been received. If the employer employed a candidate on a permanent or temporary basis within a period of 12 months after the initial referral, the employer should pay ECRecruit the relevant agency fee.
