Directions towards realizing Lasallians Spirituality in Hong Kong

1.   We think our teachers are badly in needs of formation as they are the most important models for the

      students. Their formation should be particularly grounded in the story, journey, faith and writings of St.

      John Baptist De La Salle. The hope is after such formation, they can spread Lasallian Spirituality more

      effectively in schools. We hope through this formation, we can stimulate and strengthen the teachers in their

      sense of belonging to the Lasallian family and lead them to internalize the Lasallian mission.

2.  In the future, the governing structure of the Lasallian schools in Hong Kong needs to be addressed. For

     example, a central committee that is composed of Brothers, educators, teachers and other partners to

     ensure the continuation of the Lasallian Educational mission, in the context of declining number of Brothers.
