What is Trampolining?

It is fun and exercise obtained from bouncing up and down, forward and backward, round and round on the center of a tight but resilient nylon sheet stretched between a steel frame and supported by elastic or steel springs.

This enables you to jump higher than ever before, remain in the air longer giving more time to perform, extend and combine in difficulty all the conventional leaps, turns, twists and somersaults.

It also permits bouncing, rolling, twisting, landing and taking off with continuous rebounds from the feet, knees, seat, back, front, hands and knees. These actions only being limited by the performer's stamina and practice.
