Zinc
Zinc is a blueish(
±a«C¦âªº) pale gray metal. Pure zinc is a crystalline metal, insoluble
in hot and cold water and soluble in alcohol, acids, and alkalies. It never 
occurs free in nature, but is found as zinc oxide, ZnO, in the mineral zincite(
¬õ¾NÄq).


The advantage of zinc:
1.It is not easily react with air and water.

The disadvantage of zinc:
Zinc is a toxic metal, so it cannot be use for food cans.

The uses of zinc
Zinc is used to galvanize metals to prevent their corrosion and it used in alloys 
such as brass, nickel silver, typewriter metal, various solder formulas, German 
silver, etc. And also rolled zinc is used as part of the containers of batteries.
