Double Chocolate Muffin
Ingredients:
75g melted butter 225g self-raising
flour 1/2tsp
baking powder
1/2cup sour cream 120g brown sugar 2
eggs 1tsp
vanilla essence
120g milk chocolate 1/2cup diced chocolate
Method:
(1)
Crush
milk chocolate. Put it into a bowl. Stand in hot water until dissolved.
(2)
Mix
self-raising powder and baking powder. Add the remaining ingredients and mix
well.
(3)
Put the
paper cup in the muffin moulds. Pour the flour into moulds until 75% full.
(4)
Bake at 180℃
in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately ~ yummy
