After gathering early at 9 o’clock, we went to the Innovation Centre for a talk about the school regulations and Australian culture.

After the talk, we sat for a placement test in order to be streamed divided into 9 groups.

Then, we had a short break and we went for a campus walk at the University of the Sunshine Coast with boys from Kowloon Wah Yan College. On the way, there were many lovely kangaroos. The guide showed us different places where we might always go to in the University, e.g. the Brasserie, the tuck shop, classroom. After bring shown around the University, we all found a place to enjoy our lunch. We then went back to the Innovation Centre for the afternoon session.

A beautiful lady went on the stage at the Innovation Centre and announced to the students and their classes for the following 2 weeks. Students followed their teachers to their respective classrooms and we all started our first English lessons with our new friends from different schools. We played and chatted with each other using English during the lesson. At about 4, we went home with our homestay family.
