After the ‘Understanding’ & ‘Scent’, what do we expect about Winnie Hsin?

The copywriter writes, ‘The temperature of body is 37 degrees’, ‘The temperature of after love is –6-98 degrees’ and ‘The comfortable love always in 23 degrees’… Winnie always be the thermometer of love, doesn’t she? The first three tracks fulfill the role. This time, apart from feeling the freezing cold, she also feels the high temperature. ‘Sweetness For Myself Only’, ‘Beauty Of Love’ & ‘The Most Beautiful Season’ are ‘warm’ songs.

The bonus CD namely ‘Repeat Exercise KTV Love Songs Karaoke Bonus’ includes four old songs and one new song which is a good idea for recycle the old songs with special title.

Winnie is in a hard situation. Where can she go to? In this album, we can’t find those songs like ‘Understanding’ & ‘Scent’ which are very impressive. Each song is dull and not special. ‘Sweetness For Myself Only’ & ‘Beauty Of Love’ adds ‘something’ to the album. The cover girl in naked can just draw the attention of audience, but the important is the songs themselves.

辛曉琪的困境是不知如何是好，繼續《領悟》、《味道》的N次方好還是另創風格好呢？這張《談情看愛》，辛曉琪仍是以女性角度唱出11首非常女人的情歌，只是又找不著如《領悟》或《味道》等令人一聽難忘的歌曲，每首都很平淡，《一個人的甜蜜》和《愛情的美色》的快拍算是其他慢歌的調劑。一個背祼女子封面只會引來好奇一看，吸引人還是內裡的歌，這次明顯外勝於內。

Winnie Hsin was once a popular singer for many audience before. Her ‘Scent’ was so popular, but it’s almost 6 years ago. Now, she still sings the Taiwanese-styled sad love songs. Frankly speaking, it doesn’t have any new feeling at all. That kind of feeling had also fade out.

I really want to give 2 stars only. However, in terms of production, it still very professional. The melody is not bad. The died-hard fans can take this album, but for the general audience, this album is not a good one.

曾經是樂迷寵兒，辛曉琪當年的「味道」紅遍海峽兩岸，回想起來，那是六年前的事了。現在，辛曉琪仍舊唱著那種典型台式主流苦情歌，老實說，實在已沒有甚麼新鮮感了，就連那種動人感覺也已漸失去。

真想給這碟兩粒星。不過，想落在製作方面仍具頗高專業水平，而歌曲旋律仍算不錯，決定給三粒星啦。辛曉琪死硬擁躉仍可一聽，一般樂迷就麻麻地矣。
