Although Winnie is not familiar among Hong Kong people, the theme song 'Understanding' was the theme song of the TV drama 'New Moon Princess' in ATV. This song is tailor-made for Winnie, it can show her singing talent. Other songs 'Try To Forget', 'Endless Love' are TV drama song and cover-version of Wan Fang respectively.

此張大碟乃辛曉琪加盟滾石後首張推出的大碟，製作認真，一絲不苟，每首歌都為了表現她的特長而度身製作。

聽後短評：

雖然辛曉琪的名字對於香港的樂迷可能較為陌生但對於她的歌聲卻絕不陌生。點題歌《領悟》乃早前亞視播映的台劇《新月格格》的主題曲，相信不少觀眾對此歌早已耳熟能詳。

同時《領悟》一曲更由李宗盛為辛曉琪度身訂做而成的作品，不但細緻而又深刻地描繪出失戀女子的心聲，更透過音符間的起承轉合將歌者的唱功表露無遺。不容置疑，又是一個走實力派路線的歌手了。

在一碟中更收錄了《倚天屠龍記》一劇的片尾曲《倆倆相忘》，另外辛曉琪更重新演繹《新不了情》一片中的主題曲。由於曲詞不變，只換了個歌名《深情難了》，故此和萬芳的演繹相比分別並不太大。
