Started the career with sad love song, Winnie is commented as a singer who only sing those songs. In fact, she is not only for that. Previous album 'Forget' is a breakthrough, however, without such 'standard', it seemed not as successful as before. 'Every Woman' took 18 months for completion. This album title makes people think that every song should be in low moods. Actually it's a reverse. The theme song is refreshing. Winnie sings easily in a folk rock song 'The Smoke'. Sometimes successful love song doesn't have to be sad, laugh with tears is more higher in level!

香港壹周刊「音樂堂」碟評
總是誤會重重。以訴盡天下女子悲情起家的辛曉琪，《領悟》、《味道》慘絕人寰，早被定型為唱情歌的女人。事實是辛曉琪從來不安心作個只懂談情的人，《遺忘》一碟是洗心革面之作，可惜沒有愛情這道金剛圈，注目程度隨即冷卻。 消耗18個月光景炮製新碟《每個女人》，終明白用包裝騙人的道理，令人以為每首皆是女人心曲苦過Dee Dee，實際在音樂上多元開放，巧立名目以情愛為題，從而帶出新的音樂風格，取巧得聰明。《煙》的Folk Rock風格，辛琪唱得鬆自若；《承認》同《感動》讓人了解曲詞包辦的潘協慶更加多，在《執著》內又有黃韻玲和李宗盛的完美配合。 即使如點題作品《每個女人》都會讓人有心曠神怡的感覺，有時候情歌不一定要令人顯得涕淚交流才算成功，笑住來喊才是無上境界！

There are many grumbling female singers in
Taiwan, say Yue-yun Pan, Qi-yu... the latest is Winnie Hsin, and also is the
most saddest one. But in this album, producer Jonathan Lee invited 'Vocaleros'
from Germany to produce some songs. Unfortunately the outcome is not so
good, as it's hard to sing in Chinese for accapella-styled song. It's not
applicable for Winnie to sing. I still miss her sad love songs. (Chinese original text)
香港RECRUIT雜誌碟評
台灣樂壇有不少怨女歌手，以前有「怨霸」潘越雲；後期有齊豫，堪稱「怨后」；較近期是「怨之新秀」辛曉琪，還有來自新加坡，早已在台灣立足的黃鶯鶯，四人大概可以統稱為「四大怨后」。 說他們怨並不是嘲笑她們，相反，「四大怨后」中的黃鶯鶯及齊豫仍是我心目中頂級女歌手，她們的歌曲我喜歡極了。潘越雲挺不錯，辛曉琪也OK，說她們是怨女，皆因她們真的很怨啊。 四位怨女歌手中，辛曉琪怨得來最苦，可說是「新一代淚盈歌后」。近一、兩張碟中，情緒稍有好轉，不過卻同時失去了些魅力。新碟《每個女人》由李宗盛監製，走風格多樣路線，一方面保留幾分《味道》的苦纏式情歌，另一方面加入熱鬧輕鬆的accapella及rock。當中尤以accapella「孭重飛」，李宗盛特意邀請德國accapella樂隊Vocaleros協助製作了幾首歌，全碟更在德國錄製，相當認真。 不過，在下對那幾首accapella歌就覺得相當「麻麻」，因效果相當生硬，一來這類accapella歌要用中文唱出並不容易取得好效果，二來由辛曉琪來唱就更格格不入。 我還是喜歡聽辛曉琪「吃老本」，喜歡她唱那些苦情哀怨冧歌。
