Because Muroran doesn't have any international or domestic airport so the best way to get there is by airplane. From your starting place fly to the closest airport of Muroran(in this case, Spporo - Chitose is the closest) and then drive a car or take the train in order to get there. The other way is to take the ferry. From Hachinohe, Kashiwazaki, Mito or Aomori also can
arrive Muroran.
