Theatre Diary week 5

Today we ¡¥played¡¦ tongue twister.  This made me know that I have a bad pronunciation in English.  Actually, I haven¡¦t spoken in English after A-level.  And I seldom have chance to speak in English.  I have studied in CMI school that I need not use English very often.  English seems to be my barrier.  I may or must work hard on pronunciation even in Cantonese because I pronounce in a lazy way.  Otherwise, I will have communication problem.

I also have practised on controlling tone of speech.  My friends have told me before that I speak without tone.  But I am not really sure about that; I don¡¦t think people could speak without tone.  However, I always wonder how to say something in English.  As speaking in Chinese and speaking in English they both have different nature.  And I am a Chinese but speaking in English, what tone should I use?

This time I want to know is someone says people always has a mask on their face.  We all are acting while facing the boss, the lover, the family, even ourselves.  Then how can we find ourselves and when we will be ourselves?
