| HKU Vice Chancellor, Prof. Y. C. Cheng, visited Singapore in 1997 together with Prof. Samuel Chan (Pro VC), Prof. Rosie Young (Ag. Pro VC), Prof Richard Wong (External Affairs) and Mr Henry Wai (Deputy Registrar). A dinner was held at the Singapore Island Country Club. The Committee members led by the HKUAA Singapore Chapter President for 1996/97 Session, Ms Monica Wong, spent an enjoyable night with the visiting party. |
