Well, this is what I started with, not much to look at huh?

Here is the stock leaf sprung, solid I-beam front suspension.  It made swaping in a front axle very easy.

I pulled the bed off since it had major rust damage in the inside, plus I wanted a flatbed anyways.

I had to do something about all that extra frame, so I hacked 16" off of it.  I also flipped the spring hangers and got about 3" of lift.
