Singing Private tuition with Mrs Lynn Forbes and as a member of the Performance Team within the Julie-Ann Lucas School of Dance. Present level of singing-Hook-Line & Singer Method. Intermediate 6 – Vocal Techniques & Performance Skills (Solo Performance), Senior 2 – Group Vocal Techniques & Performance Skills, Acting & Performance Skills Formal lessons in speech and drama for 12 months with The Australian Acting Academy in 2000. Professional Experience 2001 – Played the main role in a pre-school educational video for Kumon in Japan Required Skills - acting, singing, and dancing. 2000 – His first professional role as Kurt Von Trapp, in the Brisbane season of “The Sound of Music” a SEL & John Frost production. 2000 – Participated in his first T.V. commercial Oscar Mayer “Lunchables” for U.S. Television. 1998 – Successful to the final 6 boys who auditioned for Boy From Oz. Amateur Experience 2001 · Oliver – Harvest Rain Theatre Company. · Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat – Harvest Rain Theatre Company. 1999 · Mame (main role, Patrick) – a Qld Musical Theatre production at Twelfth Night Theatre. · Singing In The Rain (young Cosmo Brown) – an Ocean Production at the Conservatorium of Music. · Success fully auditions for the Australian The Queensland Ballet and performed in The International Gala Concert at the Performing Arts Complex. 1997 · Succesfully auditioned for the Australian Youth Choir. (He deferred his position.) · Has stained multiple first placings at local dance eisteddfods in jazz and tap, as a group member and as part of a dance duo, who are presently undefeated. Goals To work professionally in the area of musical theatre or film and continue to pursue my love of performing. |
