Last School Day 25
February 2004
Seven years of happiness, sadness, hate and love
in Hong Kong Tang King Po College finally comes to a full stop on this day, the
25th of February, 2004. This school was the school that I had been staying
the longest and everything seven years ago still seemed to be fresh. My
secondary school life seemed to travel at the speed of light that I did not even
realize that it was already seven years since the first time I stepped into this
school for an entry exam for a secondary school place after my return from Shaughnessy Elementary School in Canada
Teachers, schoolmates and staff at the school
taught me a lot of things. They taught me not only to be a matured man but
also to be equipped foe my tertiary education and career coming ahead.
What they taught me can never me calculated and can be paid. It was them
who guided me from a kid to a teenager, from being not analytical to being
analytical. It was them who told me how every subject should be studied
and definitely it was them who taught me how to behave and respect others.
It was them who shared my ups and downs and solve my problems. Thank them
for what they did and the chance they had given me.
A thing that I will miss most in this school is
the four pianos located in the Hall, the Music Room and the Chapel (one being
thrown and the other stopped functioning starting from September, 2004 though).
My seven years will not be as colourful and happy without them. It was
these lovely pianos that brought you to sing and enjoy music. It was also
them who gave me the chance to practice and be skilled in the stage performances
or during masses praising to God. Without them, my love towards music will
not be as rich as now and would not have made the Conrad Chau today.
Thanks to Ms. Amy Wong for her permission to enrich the music in this school in
these seven colourful years.
Seven years of life in Hong Kong Tang King Po
College made me to know how my feelings should be expressed. However, I
only occupied seven years of the many years of the school yet coming ahead and
may we all studying for the A-Levels can succeed in 2004 and let us all see each
other in the university we are hoping for in September. 2004!!!
