H. M. C. S. Athabaskan

An Untold Story

Dedicated to SA-Francis Austin Charles Roach (RCNVR), from his grandchildren. Contrary to the book "The Unlucky Lady" "Frank" was aboard the Athabaskan when it was torpedoed April 29, 1944. It is our hope that by correcting this error, "Frank" will be given the honour he deserves. Even in death he is not forgotten by those who loved him.

Who was Francis Austin Charles Roach?
