The Royal Lithuanian Order was founded in 2004 by then H.R.H. Prince Roman II, Grand Duke of Lithuania (LP 1993).
It was founded for the causes of (1) restoring the Kingdom of Lithuania as a constitutional monarchy,
(2) helping orphans and destitute around the world, and
(3) honouring benefactors and supporters of these causes.
There are currently five ranks of Knight (and Lady) headed by the Sovereign of the Order, H.M. King Roman. These are: Knight; Knight Officer; Knight Grand Officer; Knight Commander; and Knight Grand Commander.

4. KCRLO/LCRLO - AUD 5000;
5. KGCRLO/LGCRLO - AUD 9500;
