Notes: 1. Since Gedroyc became the de facto Royal House of (Grand) Lithuania, Lithuania was a Grand Principality (not Grand Duchy).
2. Historian David Zincavage has recently suggested that the original Gedroyc princes were related to the first and so far the only crowned king of Lithuania, King Mindaugas (1253-1263).
