Here I am, only a few days old.  The tube in my mouth is suction because I couldn't swallow and the patches on my head are velcro.  I had to be under the bilirubin lights because of jaundice and the patches were to hold my "sunglasses" on.  Don't they come up with the most clever ideas at the hospital?! July 1997

This was taken after my esophagus surgery, which I had at 10 days of age.  It isn't really as bad as it looks.  One of the tubes was my g-tube (feeding tube) and most of the other wires are just monitors. July 1997
