To all readers,

My name is Ladsami Phonesavanh, the writer who wrote many articles posted in the Hmong Voice website. Today I respond to all of your comments and/or complain to the Hmong Voice. First of all, I thank you very much for your time to pull and read the articles from the Hmong Voice website. Your reading and response to the articles has a great impact and great contribution to the Hmong Voice and me. It is a part of your study, your nerves, and your information I believe.

The articles were written according to the information I gathered from the news sources, mostly from secret sources. No matter it was true or not it came from the secret source, which I could not fully reveal all information to you. I took a risk to bring up such information to the public which is some of them are still in secret classification. I travel from the north to the south of Laos whenever I heard something I gathered that information and wrote down then sent to someone unknown name in the U.S. to help post it for you all who want to read. I did not lean on any side or another. I wrote according to the information I got from. For example, I did not take the present Laotian government's side, nor I take the Laotian in exiles' side, nor any particular ethnic group. So, some article might hurt Hmong a lot and some other article might hurt Lao a lot.

The very purpose to bring up such information to you, the readers or general public, is to let you know about something that happened or will happen to our fellows Laotian in the country as well as those who live abroad. This is helping to block, reduce, or change the plan of the actors who want to do something badly to others. For example when my article "Vietnamese Troops

Relocated In Laos Worry Thailand" was posted, Thailand might not believe at the time but later some of Thai Border Security agent said, "We are ordered to prepare." And you can see the tension along Thai-Lao border exists.

The Hmong Voice just simply posts the news. I am the one who responsible for the whole contents. I asked "that someone unknown name" in the U.S. to ask Hmong Voice for a permission to post the articles. Hmong Voice accepts to post the news but they do not responsible for the contents.

The reason why there was no writer's name on the article because of a safety and security matter.

All the readers must understand that Lao Lum, Lao Kang, Lao Soung are all Laotians. We do not discriminate against each other or isolate one another. News is news!

Someone commented about the Royal Family that I wrote I must tell you that it is a long story and secret still. Now the Royal Family still campaign worldwide but their hope may not be reached. Because of their campaign and visit Thailand last year made one of their strong supporter back home in Laos now is gone into exile. I just do not want to reveal their whole secret. Even you are royally to them or not you must be reasonable to look farther in the Laotian people's future. I do not mean that monarchy system is not good but I must take people's vision, which they talk about their future of freedom and democracy.

In respond to Dr. Pobzeb Vang, I cannot provide further information for you due to security reason and their national security reason. Something was already happened and they may change their own plan. It is good to block such ugly acts. Too bad for Hmong in Tham Krabok is also too bad for Laos.

The articles are not a political campaign for any special group or party but to reveal the ugly acts of the actors to the public and it is a part of warning to all people.

I have a difficulty to reach Hmong Voice because it must go through several level or unknown people. Some other urgent news and very secret news like drug trade, I get it but can't go through, and sometime Hmong Voice or the unknown people do not want to post it. We need more cooperation so we can update news to public more quickly.
