Frodo was born in TA 2968 of September 22
His parents were Primula Brandy Buck and Drogo Baggins, who died in a boating accident then, shorty after, Bilbo adopted him.
Frodo went on the quest to destroy the One Ring with the Fellowship, and got stabbed by a Morgul blade by the Witch King at Weathertop. Though its healed, it will always be there.
After the quest, he sailed to the Grey Havens with Bilbo, Galadriel, Celeborn,...etc, part with the other hobbits. Frodo did the rest of Bilbo's book, calling it "A Hobbit's Tale, by Bilbo Baggins, and The Lord of the Rings, by Frodo Baggins." And left the rest for Samwise Gamgee to finish it off.
