Hobbits were different. They had hard soles on their feet, and hair on the top of their feet that goes to their toes, so their feet probably kept warm all the time. Their feet were tough, so they didn't need to wear shoes, but the Stoors did sometimes, depending on the ground. Hobbits had curly hair, usually red, brown, grey. Their height ranges from 2-4 feet high. Hobbits live in burrows, bilt into the hills, and hobbits tend to build sheds, shops(work), and most hobbits love to build gardens. Hobbits live in peace and quiet, in the woods, fields, some hobbits like adventuring, some don't. The age that hobbits came to being is not known. Many of the hobbits live in burrows that have been around for generations for a family. Their houses were also long and low, and many were built into the hills, such as Bag End. The hobbits have three types, for they were divided into different types of hobbits: Harfoots, Stoors, and fallohides. Hobbits are friendly with the wizards, such as Gandalf, and Elves, and also Dwarves.
